Portable X-ray machine

This machine is mainly used for X-ray imaging of limbs or other body parts with less attenuation for clinical diagnosis.

This product is composed of high voltage generator, X-ray tube, collimator, additional protective screen, ray receiver, image display screen, start button, frame and power adapter.

When the power is turned on and the start button is pressed, this product begins to operate. The first pulse signal from the motherboard, after being amplified and stepped up, generates high voltage to supply the X-ray tubes anode. At the same time, the second pulse signal from the motherboard, after being amplified, supplies the filament of the X-ray tube, causing it to produce X-rays. The corresponding tube current/tube voltage values are displayed on the digital meter. At this point, the object to be measured is placed between the X-ray source and the detector, and a clear image of the object being examined is displayed on the image screen.

Product Performance

Operation method:

1. Before use, first check the appearance of the packing box to see if there is any damage in the transportation process. Open the box to check whether there are any collision damage marks on the main engine.

2. Remove the host and place it on the horizontal platform to install the additional protective screen. See Figure 2 for details.

2.1 Attach the additional protective screen to the housing in the direction shown in the figure;

2.2 The installation can be completed by rotating the locking screw clockwise.

3. Connect the power adapter of this machine (insert the power plug into a three-hole single-phase power socket with a grounding    wire), and the power adapter indicator light is on.

4. Place the object to be measured between the high voltage generator and the ray receiver, close to the side of the ray receiver, press the start button, and you can see the radiographic image of the object to be measured on the image display screen.

5. Adjust the KV value adjustment knob to change the tube voltage, so as to improve the image clarity. When the knob is rotated       clockwise, the voltage value increases; when the knob is rotated counterclockwise, the voltage value decreases until the image        clarity is satisfactory. See Figure 3.

6. When the start button is pressed, the integrated X-ray high voltage generator emits X-rays through the collimator. When the start  button is pressed again, or one minute after the start of the integrated X-ray high voltage generator, the output of X-rays will stop.

7. This machine should be used intermittently. If the continuous working time is too long and exceeds the effective working               temperature range of this machine, this machine will automatically shut down. The machine should be stopped for a moment and    then can resume work after the temperature is reduced. The shutdown time depends on the ambient temperature.

8. When viewing, try to keep the patient away from the ray focus and close to the image display side to reduce the dose absorbed by the human skin (see Figure 4).
