Scrub nurse places a hand inside the drape and securely holds the Transfer-Stick to prepare for attaching the camera to the coupler.

With the scrub nurse stabilizing the Transfer-Stick, the circulating nurse connects the camera to the coupler.

Verify the camera attachment is secure. Ensure the camera release mechanism is positioned perpendicular to the release on the coupler drape to avoid accidental detachment during use.

The circulating nurse fully opens the telescopically folded drape by grasping the pull ties and drawing the drape over the camera and power cable.

The scrub nurse removes and disposes of the Transfer-Stick.

The endoscope may now be inserted into the coupler for the surgical procedure. If needed, the endoscope can be replaced by disengaging the locking device on the coupler drape.
